Registration fees before November 15, 2006:
Students : $100
Academics (non-students, affiliated with a university or governmental institution) : $250
Others: $500


After November 15, 2006:
Students : $150
Academics (non-students, affiliated with a university or governmental institution) : $350
Others: $700

The registration fees include welcome reception, conference banquet, breakfasts and coffee breaks.  


Refunds:
All cancellations must be received in writing by mail or fax. Full refunds will be made for cancellations received fifteen days prior to the first day of the workshop. Refund requests made after that time will not be honored, and the participant or sponsoring organization will be responsible for the fee. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
