Registration fees Before January 1st, 2005:
Students : $ 75
Academics (non-students, affiliated with a university or governmental institution) : $ 200
Others: $400

 

After January 1st, 2005:
Students : $ 100
Academics (non-students, affiliated with a university or governmental institution) : $ 250
Others: $800

 

The number of participants is limited to 80. The registration fees include reception, conference banquet, breakfasts and coffee breaks.

 

Refunds:

All cancellations must be received in writing by mail or fax. Full refunds will be made for cancellations received fifteen days prior to the first day of the workshop. Refund requests made after that time will not be honored, and the participant or sponsoring organization will be responsible for the fee. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
